Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any Saturnyx product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The Service

Saturnyx AI Assistant is a single subscription product bundling four AI-powered tools for small businesses: content & social repurposing, meeting notes to action items, review analysis, and support reply drafting. All four are included in one account and one subscription price.

Features, pricing, and availability may change. We'll notify you of material changes.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • You're responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • One person = one account. No sharing credentials across teams (use the agency product if needed).

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Saturnyx AI Assistant is $39 CAD/month. Prices include applicable taxes.
  • Billing is monthly, in advance, via Square.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account page. Changes take effect next billing cycle.
  • No refunds for partial months, except as required by law.
  • If a payment fails, we'll retry for 7 days. After that, access is paused until payment succeeds.

5. Your Content

  • You own all content you create in Saturnyx tools.
  • We don't claim rights to your data — we just store and process it to provide the service.
  • You grant us a license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the service.
  • You're responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate laws or these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't use Saturnyx to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Infringe intellectual property
  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Harvest data or scrape our systems
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer or extract source code

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The Saturnyx platform, UI, code, and branding are our property. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our IP except as needed to use the service.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free availability
  • Specific outcomes from using the tools (e.g., leads, sales, compliance)
  • Compatibility with all third-party platforms

Saturnyx tools assist professionals — they don't replace professional judgment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Saturnyx isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

  • You can cancel anytime from your account page. Access continues until the billing period ends.
  • We can terminate for material breach (with 7 days' notice to cure) or immediate threat.
  • On termination, you can export your data for 90 days before deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Disputes resolved in Ontario courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed 30 days in advance. Continued use = acceptance.
