Do I need to format my notes a certain way?
No. Paste raw notes, a rough transcript, or bullet points exactly as you wrote them — the AI reads them as-is.
How does it know who owns each action item?
It reads names mentioned in your notes and assigns items to whoever was named as responsible. If nobody is named, it marks the item Unassigned instead of guessing.
Can I add or edit items after they are extracted?
Yes. Extracted items land in a normal editable table alongside anything you add manually, with checkboxes, owners and due dates you can change anytime.
